The Burj Khalifa was an actual proposal with funding and approval, this is not.

I just made some reading about the guy. He has not only no experience in supertalls (or any towers for that matter) but he is generally a shady developer. He's general scheme of work is like:

1. Buy a property
2. Spend some years in courts doing nothing.
3. Sell the property untouched at higher price.

No surprise people aren't eager to give him a credit.

If you have a time here's some materials:

The Burj Khalifa was an actual proposal which did change some peoples mind on the project with some hope. But then again it was once not a proposal driving people insane wondering is the project really going to happen, which similar to this project.. If this does get approved, then will be a lot of different thought on this project.. I dont know all about the funding and if there is enough money to pay for this. So I dont have a say so on that.

How come there hasn't been an actaul 3D render for this? So we can get an actual visual on how the developer is imaging it in his perspective. Does anyone know how to make one, or have one, or seen one. I just really want to see a visual instead of a drawing or 3D drawing

These are some render by SirAdrian and sketchup model by DinoVabec, but it doesn't have any official renders simply becouse this is just concept design something most likely we won't see (if anything will be) build.

Even though it hasn't been approved (yet ) doesn't mean there shoudlnt be an actual render. There's some projects I have seen that have renders but hasn't been approved. I just want to see how it as if its actually built. Hopefully ones coming soon! But thanks for showing me these pictures. They're amazing especially th first to one's. Its similar to what I was looking for!

I really am not sure but Kanto is probably right. I think a transportation spot sort of like the NYC WTC Hub.

The developer behind it isn't even a real developer, this is not a serious proposal, you all are living in a fantasy world.

Maybe, and maybe not, I guess only the future can decide

Not serious? Fantasy?
I don't understand the reason being for saying where living in a fantasy world.. I mean there's a huge difference between Knowing and Thinking that this project will happen. In this case I am hoping. in no disrespect, if you know you its not serious wheres your proof. I have no proof stating in this happening, that's why as a of now I am just simply hoping for it to start rising... Hey, if you're right at the end of the day, then you have full bragging rights. But lets just wait and see until further notice.
