i have seen these photo since May and i have visited the pearl still same no change, I think they can't open it before march 2011. and I heard from te pearl owner in rayah news peaper he said that the pearl will be completed in mid 2012 !!!! <<<< nooo waaaaaaaay |

actually when i went there last week, i have noticed a huge difference since the time before it (which was less then 3 months before)!

Im not sure what is delaying the "Venetian" Quarter! It looks amazing, especially if they open coffee shops along the canal! Truly amazing!

They seem to be installing some sort of out-door cooling/misting system at the shaded walkways in Porto Arabia. They seem to be trying to attract more visitors during the hot summer season. I think misting with the combination of shade and fans should keep visitors close to comfort levels, not to mention that there are many indoor areas.

I have some great news !!!
The Four Seasons hotel @ Porto Arabia is U/C ! Excavation and piling is being done right now, the island is a busy construction site.

Confidence returning to Qatar’s freehold market: Seetharaman
