a lot going on, in the middle you can see many workers in the yellow cloths, first time on that building site.
On the right side they prepare a place for new barracks for the workers.
Means soon more workers will arrive.
If the developer puts really effort on that building we can see the place changing fast.
China is fast, too fast sometimes.

The fourth one (SOM? ) is my favorite. It seems to have the highest occupiable floor.

yeah the preparation for the site is in full swing, at least the surrounding of where the footprint of the tower will stand most of the renders seem to feature a mall-like podium structure or side building right to that end of the plot

all the other building you can see around the gate will become a mall with some office towers at the north and south end of the big plot. it will become the biggest mall of east china. built by SIP and a singaporian company.there are going to be so called rings even going out at the lake with a train around it. crazy

Thanks. On the first photo bottom left is the site for the second tower (where the worker houses are). Clearly no activity on that plot yet.

Will be interesting to see how tall the 2nd tower will be. I don't expect another 700m+ tower but it should be 400m+ to fit next to Century Plaza.

So based on the pictures on the previous page, it looks like they're starting to dig on the plot for this building. Is that correct?

If this is true it would mean the spire design was chosen.

600m roof is pretty ballin'. especially if not only a spire but also kind of a crown is above that.

Those concrete platforms they poured recently are probably for the ground breaking ceremony, which would mean the day is sooner than later.
