I also saw the article with those pictures from SIP.
It sais 700m, 400m taller then the gate.

700m+, 138 floors. It's everywhere on the news today. All the articles are showing the KPF-looking design though.

the articles say that construction will start in 6 months from now and it will have 6 floors underground.means a long time to wait until it will raise. cant change apartments now

6 huh? That's indeed a lot. Usually megatalls in china gets 5 underground floors.

Who would have ever imagined 10 years ago that some of the tallest skyscrapers were going to be in cities like Suzhou, Wuhan and Jeddah!

thought it was a photoshop and not an actual render, but it may only look like that because of the rescaling of the picture

edit: that was a reply to the last page haha. looks like the KPF one is in the news now a lot, we will see what comes out of that, but like i said i like most of the designs to begin with

Well, you wont find it anywhere out of fan forums. All the newspapers are using the KPF version. Concerning KPF, some say it is 738m and others say it is 745m, but still can't confirm anything about the height.
