this is the first Premier Mall outside MM..

Wow! SM Lanang looks spectacular! Though I wished it had an indoor parking facility. Hopefully it's in the pipeline. I also love how the space is well managed! for something that SM considers mid-sized, at 140k sqm, they were able to pack in more amenities than its larger brothers in Manila. And it looks huge!

And I also notice this trend, Retailers are actually preferring to expand in Davao than anywhere-else. Ever notice the surge? There's a big demand for space there! Why? Let's just say Davaoenos are way more friendlier

Sorry to burst the bubble, but there are a lot more 'premiere' malls around the country, they just don't put it in their name.

Me thinks there is indeed an indoor parking. I think i read it somewhere here SM Lanang will be the first one to put up here a parking space sensor system which can alert drivers to vacant spaces.

^ I think there's basement parking, since there's a basement level and a travelator, perhaps for Supermarket push carts
