uhm, i don't think it's going to be billions of dollars, pesos yes. the complex is not that big and the towers are not very tall

but nevertheless, great one!

According to Palafox during the presentation, the minimum number of rooms for a hotel to be included in the world tourism map is 350 rooms. He said the proposed hotel exceeds 350 rooms.

This project proves that... Cagayan de Oro doesn't solely depend on International investors and big business tycoons in the Philippines in order to be globally competitive and internationally known. For even local businessmen like the pelaez golez and limketkai are very capable of transforming this once small city into a gigantic business and tourism destination. Uniquely, and proudly kagay-anon. Definitely, only in Cagayan de Oro.... Cheers!

This is the same inovativeness that has turned the tide of cities like Cebu. The initiative starts with the local businessmen & then soon "outsiders" will notive the effort & start investing themselves. I am also delighted that the GOPEL group intends to initiate this as soon as possible.

Based on their rendering the highest building is arond 20-22 storeys. I really like the circular pattern of the main buildings.
