I'm disinclined to believe that those renderings are really what's going to be built.

It looks like they have a couple different projects:

*Pioneer Real Estate - looks like mostly apartment/condo type building
*Lucky Real Estate - townhomes, smaller apartment blocks
*Mountain Real Estate - modern office building

I'll post descriptions and screencaps of them from their site

Pioneer Real Estate looks amazing! I hope they build it.

The second one is nice, I think the brick construction would suit Addis' green landscape...
