Dude spent more time bs-ing with teenagers over at the International Skybar. Ridiculous.
I don't expect much will change now that BVizion has taken his place or else we would've seen the changes already. Long ago.
I had requested the admin on a couple of occasions to moderate this section for the sole purpose of restructuring it. Never got a response. Well, once actually but nothing really happened.
Unless there's a petition conducted by a handful of members here asking for a competent, active and unbiass member to be promoted to moderator, don't expect much to change. My 2¢.

More sections means more clicking for the moderator. He'll spend more time going back and forth between the sections rather than looking at those few posts/day we got here.

LOL, how pathetic you guys can be (except Miri

)? There are not enough posts and topics on this section to justify splitting it even more. Even if so, it would be difficult to convince the admins to create a separate section for Kosovo when you know very well why this is called Albanian Forum (Forumi ne Shqip) without specifying to which geographic areas it refers too.

Sorry guys I have to agree with AltinD on this one, its called Albanian Forum and should not be divided into Albania/Kosovo having their own sections.

I personally do not mind splitting per se if there was enough material to justify it, and of course the strategists on top, had no problem with it.

Serbia has a separate forum for Republika Srpska which unlike Kosovo isn't even a country but rather an entity within a country http://www.skyscrapercity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2851

There's no way you can make an argument against Kosovo having its own section while Republika Srpska already has its own.

No disrespect to AltinD and all the work he has done here (and i think you guys are being ungrateful when you say he has not done much for the forum, i remember how this forum was before we had our moderator) but i think the idea of having a slight change is not so bad! Yes, the number of threads however is ridiculously low for that

One of the initiall ideas that i like

Projects and Construction (including all other cities besides Prishtina/Tirana)

Transport & Infrastructure (including all of Kosovo and Albania)

Photo Gallery ( Photography from all pan-albanian cities)

Prishtina (Projects/Construction/Development/News from Prishtina only)

Tirana (Projects/Construction/Development/News from Tirana only)

Maybe its an good idea to have an off-topic section aswell where we could put threads about pretty much anything be it sports or just crap that is currently going on. I think this would help us get much more members here.

I do like the ideas proposed by you a lot and AltinD did help this section a lot, but ofcourse he was also busy with the other section he was an moderator at and for that we cant blame him. Its still nice of him to have offered to moderat this section aswell.

Well depends really I dont mean rude things or childish things to be posted there, but like the police/army threads could be moved there and the other sections like the cars appreciation thread and or funny things *only in Albania-Kosova thread and what not. I am sure this would boost the contribution, but also would help for a new flow of forumers here. Almost all *Balkan* countries have an section dedicated to things like that. If we dont we might get the risk that all the off-topic talk would happen in the projects and construction threads or what not and this means more work for the moderators *cleaning/deleting threads/posts* and maybe losing members here by getting brigged/banned for not following the rules.

If anyone else has any other ideas they can present them here. This way we can create an open poll and let all members decide how they want the forum to look. It's the fair way to go about it. The highest percentage gets the vote.

Of course organizing it more is good, my only issue is with the small number of threads. Considering the scepticism toward this section by the Admin in charge, it would be a tough call getting him to create all these sections with just a few threads going on each.

PS. Moderating this section isn't as difficult as say 'Skybar' & 'In the News', which for many months I was practically the only one moderating it. The other mods either showed up once a week or two, or never at all.

PS2: Kulla was the only one informing me via PM on problems in the AL section

This was my idea back in the first page. I think this organization does a few things.

One, it separates construction threads from Prishtina and Tirana from the rest of the other cities. This makes it easier for anyone to navigate through the forum. Those interested to view projects going on in Prishtina or Tirana can do so directly. The creation of these two section is justified as the most construction activity occurs in these 2 cities. Another thing that the creation of these two sections achieves is, the other cities get a bit of the spotlight as well and do not constantly get pushed to the bottom by highly active threads of Prishtina and Tirana

Second, it separates threads regarding infrastructure from all other 'free-reign' threads that we currently have mixed together with the infrastructure threads.

The Photo Gallery section will pretty much stay the same.

The bottom part of the forum can serve as a place for threads that do not fit in any of the above sections

If anyone has any ideas that will take away from or add to the above suggestion, please post them.

If we do that, then where should we post then topics about albanian cities in Macedonia, Montenegro?

I agree that Tirana and Prishtina should get their sections, since sometimes a lot of projects get pushed back. Tirana and Prishtina sections should have then a topic for each "qytez, lagje, paralagje, qendra...etj".
