Well, at least the "15" part of that sentence sounds believable. The rest of it, I'm not so sure...

A man half-world-away is posting pics of reflection of sun on Jamuna river...
How on earth somebody can do that? thats a million dollar question...
Even the joint forces run by present government would be moved to envestigate it... ...not to stop him but to help other people who want to do that.

I will answer the million dollar question for you Tareq ( and save the million bucks in the process because instead of paying me for figuring it out, the joint forces will be able to concentrate on investigating the criminals ).

He is borrowing pics from others.

I better salute a man who can borrow 2640Xn pics.

4-lanning of Dhaka-Chittagong National Highway

The activities of 4-lanning of Dhaka-Chittagong Highway Project have been started. There are 10 packages for road works contract and 2 for bridge works. Total length of the Dhaka-Chittagong National highway to be made 4-lane under this project is 194 km. One of the most interesting features of this project is that three Flyovers will be constructed at three Rail Crossing points along the Highway.

The project is funded by GoB under the Japan Debt Cancellation Fund (JDCF). The completion of the project is in the year of 2010. The project cost is BDT 1699.40 crore.

The main objective of this project is to reduce constraints and increase efficiency of road transport through upgrading of Dhaka-Chittagong Highway (from Daudkandi to Chittagong) from 2-lane to 4-lane. It will optimize the utilization of Chittagong Port. The improvement of this strategic corridor is envisaged to provide substantial economic and social benefits to south-eastern region in particular through generation of employment, creation of improved facilities to trade and commence, promotion of social integration and development of tourism and thus assisting in the overall economic development of Bangladesh.

I wonder what happened to the proposed Dhaka-Chittagong freeway. A Malaysian company was planning on building the expressway. I have reservation about the quality of roads and highways constructed by any Bangladeshi firms. They generally build poor quality roads that are very short lived.
