Makita man nimo ang lift lobby naa sa tunga but Im confused ngano naay lifts both sa left and right side na accessible thru a door..murag naka room nga lift lobby.

But if I were to read the plan, isa ka building ra jud sya karon (which makes sense man pud..tipid sa core services imbes na madoble hehehe

baka nakatago ang service elevator?

Anyway, if that's the floorplan for the entire building, what's shown is different from the description given...

One good thing about Aeon Towers is that it is envisioned to be environment-friendly. Consider the following: ultraviolet protective tint for sun rays, sound proof glasses, open space in the middle for ventilation (no "inner units"), and rain water harvesting (which reuses rain water for cleaning and watering of landscapes found at the common areas). More importantly, the building is equipped with a lightning transistor.

Confused din ako...however, if dugtong ang dalawang building and instead of two (sa original rendering) now it's one, sana they utilized those two empty spaces in the middle for two extra units diba? Pero they left it open.

ayaw mo ka confuse hehehe. two buildings lagi na, thus the AEON TOWERS, plural. no major changes sa design, just the "putol" of ATO. separate elevator access for each tower. only connected part is the crown area. info as of today. kung naay changes in the future, let's see.

Im sure you've seen a lot of these floor plans diba? Those white part sa harap ng "X" signifies the location of the lift door..so that huge gray part between the left and right cores is the main lift lobby..

Perhaps what FTC is trying to say is that 2 buildings ito but they want to consider the middle as the "connecting" part nga murag bridge kumbaga (although bridge sa tanang floors tingali ) mao pud tingali naay open space nga dili gigamit as unit to establish the two towers nga look

At least I guess thats how they want it to look (two towers)..Anyway, mao ra sa akong yanong pagsabot base sa floor plan na ilang gipagawas hehe

Anyway,

Anyway,

Im referring to these empty spaces. If this is indeed the layout per floor ng buong building, sayang coz they can still put one unit per side. Yup, ive seen floor plans such as this pero the difference is that pag sinabing "typical floor plan" it would refer to the floor plan per unit and not the layout ng buong floor ng building...wait lemme find an example.

Mao gani akong ginasulti, perhaps they chose to keep it unused to help establish that look nga two towers sya pag nilagyan yan ng unit di na sya mukhang twin towers so bale two tower sya, left and right tower connected by the lift lobby sa tunga

DAVAO is indeed a city in bloom. One good indicator is the buildings that have been sprouting like mushroom these days. The buildings may differ in structure and designs but there are those that caught the attention of residents and visitors alike.

One such building is the FTC (named after its owner, Francisco Tan Cruz) Tower, a nine-storey edifice located in the midst of the city, particularly Mount Apo Road.

"The FTC Tower is dedicated to deliver convenience and comfort to our clients while committed to have strong and prosperous relationship with our business partners," Ian Y. Cruz, the president and chief executive officer of FTC Group of Companies, explained.

The area, where FTC Towers stands now, remained idle for four decades.

Recently, the owners realized that the place is a prime location as it is surrounded by academic institutions, hospitals, malls, and residential and commercial settlements.

So, in November 2009, construction of the building started. By December 2010, it commenced its operation. "This new landmark is just one of the buildings that accommodated business establishments, thereby contributing to the economic growth of Davao," Cruz points out.

What makes FTC Towers unique from other leasing establishments is that its occupants' are varied. Every floor has a different set up.

"The building has multipurpose uses," Cruz says. "The fifth and sixth floors encompass the Green Windows Dormitel. La Vie Dialysis is located on the ground floor, the Doctors Clinics on the second floor, while the third floor houses a variety of offices. The fourth floor has function rooms that can be rented to groups."

"FTC Tower takes pride in giving the best product inside and out, from the interior to the exterior look of the building," Cruz explained. "The offices are carefully designed to address all business needs, linking the gap between work and recreation. Its interiors are complemented by the latest interior design, facilities and fixtures to create a better work atmosphere. The environment offers more than just a workplace, it also provides appeal that would make individuals stay and enjoy work."

The FTC Tower is an example of a modern minimalist-inspired design. "Motivated in its concept, structure and design, FTC Tower proudly presents a modern look giving us a sneak peek of a world- class building design with a Filipino touch," Cruz said.

"Our reception area is furnished with the most modern and elegant facilities and with a Zen-inspired balcony offering a scenic view of the city. A renowned architect from Manila, Arch. Dennis Litonjua, designed, rendered and conceptualized the building, which was built by two locals (Arch. Arvin Casquejo and Engr. Fidel Gentapan)," Cruz said.

The FTC Tower is an affiliate of the AGL Sons Incorporated, which is known to be one of the leading operators of real estate commercial building development. One ambitious project the FTC Group of Companies is currently conceptualizing is the Aeon Towers.

"We shall offer what would embody the future's high standard quality of condominium living in Davao City," Cruz said.

The term aeon is actually an English word, which alternately means "life" or "being" and "forever" or "eternity." Cruz explains: "The concept of endlessness can be associated with the boundless possibilities of life in the city, and consequently, in the residence which Aeon will offer."

According to Cruz, Aeon Towers will "improve people's perception of high end condominium urban living." He adds, "(It) will provide a peek of what the twenty-first century condominium living in Davao City will look like.

"There is a promise of a unique experience as first class (state of the art) amenities/features merge together with the natural environment and breathtaking views Davao has plenty to offer," Cruz envisions.

Touted to be "a unique real-estate property," Aeon Towers is a luxurious condominium and a 5-star hotel in one roof. "It is a high-rise 30-storey building (more or less) that will consist of commercial areas, hotel and 22 floors of residential condominium units."

To those who will have an opportunity of getting a unit in Aeon Towers, Cruz offers this assurance: "Amidst the advance technology or state-of-the-art features of the condominium, the essence of home is never forgotten in every corner of the designs. It must still remain a home that is 'close to the heart' so there is also the promise of fond memories and unforgettable experiences if people choose to stay in Aeon Towers."

Aeon Towers is being developed as a high-end project complete with prime amenities and a majestic view of Davao Gulf and Mt. Apo. It will be built near the Abreeza Mall. The construction will start at first quarter of 2012, and projected time of turnover will be on first quarter of 2016.

Once it is built, Aeon Towers would be one of Davao City's landmarks.

"The Aeon Towers is a structure that will embody the spirit of residents of Davao, towering over the Davao City landscape. A monolith that stands for the endless possibilities that life in the fast evolving city has to offer. It is a perfect balance between boldness and tradition, between a carefree lifestyle and a progressive mindset," Cruz said.

The FTC Group of Companies Corp. was established in December 2009. Ten years from now, it envisions itself to be a connoisseur in the real estate industry and the most valuable lifestyle developer both in the local and national scenes.

"As we seek to sustain leadership in providing unique projects and improving the lives of our clients," Cruz said, adding that "we devote ourselves to maintain a strong passion for quality and excellent products and services in order to obtain optimum customer satisfaction and to ensure value for their investment."
