No escalators too i guess, but the line up of brands is good for a Town like Payyannur.

Staircases was also not in the photos. I think they missed the escalators. I don't think the small elevator will be one only mean of vertical transport.

BTW, the mall looks very nice.

IIRC escalator is there in Kannur city centre but never seen it working.

According to me Payyannur mall exterior looks better than Kannur mall.

Exterior of Payyannur mall looks cheap and tasteless, "yellow yellow dirty fellow"....

from outside it looks like a normal shopping complex which we see in every nook and corner of Kerala nowadays.

I am telling about design not the colour :-) as far as the colour goes we have 2 similar building in Kannur itself. With all advertisements in place it may look better. But kannur mall looks flashy now itself, god knows what is the final design.

For exterior design Kannur City Centre the best of the lot and is unique in Kerala but interior is below average.
