SHANGHAI | Shanghai Golden Hongqiao International Centre | 148m | 485ft | 29 fl | Com

This is a project currently being built in the Hongqiao area of Shanghai. I unfortunately do not know the exact height of this building but guess it will be around 140-160m when finished. From counting the amount of floors on the renders I came to between 28-30 floors. Hopefully lianli or another forum member will be able to find out the exact information!

Some renders of the building:

The information of the builder, name of the building, square footage etc...

Those renders look great!
It seems that you found a pretty unknown building. I couldn't even find a thread to this building on gaoloumi.
Thanks!

The Jin Hongqiao International Center sits on a 382,054 sf (35,494 sm) site with three primary components: a 29-story signature office building (the "Gate") and a 538,195 sf (50,000 sm) "village" offering a wide assortment of retail, dining and entertainment establishments in Phase I, then the addition of a luxury business hotel with serviced apartments in Phase II.

Structural design

Hi,

Does anyone have information regarding which engineers are doing the structural design / structural engineering on this project?

Greetings from Norway

Can anyone take a picture with Maxdo in the background. That will give us a better idea how it fits into the rest of the skyline in the area.

Thanks big-dog. It is indeed time consuming but if we want to stay the world's leading international skyscraper community we have to discuss as many projects as possible
