Contest Discussion Thread
Hey guys! I thought I'd create a thread (my first one!
 ) so we could discuss any future contests in the one thread rather than comment on others. I'd love the idea of more and I've read some ideas on some of the threads for more. Heres the current and proposed contests: Finished: N/A Ongoing: July 20th - August 13th: Supertall Contest Proposed: Airport (proposed by aismanggo and JMGV196) Stadium (proposed by JMGV196) Bridge (proposed by JMGV196) Racetrack (proposed by JMGV196) Tower/ Observation Deck (proposed by Thanial) It'd be great for people to post their ideas, and then hopefully we could organise some more contests in the future

We already have contests run by B4MMY, and airports, bridges and towers have all already been designed by members as entries

there is no absence
B4mmy only made a short break because very peopple went to holidays in the summer... but the competitions would be back.. so wouldn't make sense to have 2 of them! I preffer the originals...

i would like to make the racetrack contest, because i would like to propose mine to New Atlantis
 (BTW, when we talk about racetracks, i do them really detailed). Why dont we add the proposals in the contests to New Atlantis?? |

 Because there is a racetrack in NA  You could just ask to help out with it?

And about adding the proposals in the contests.. it's okay but you know, that they are standarts there.. and one of them it's detail

Will there be another Airport contest? Aviation is my strong point.
Oh, and if so, is it just the terminal? Or can I include all sorts of other goodies that are at an airport. (i.e. maintenance facilities, cargo terminals, ILS, VFR Glideslope, "tugs", food trucks, fuel trucks, aircraft, ATC tower etc..
