For me, OK lang sa case na ito, Since former Sen. Ople sponsored the POEA and overseas welfare act. Kaya dinedicate sa kanya ang building na iyan. In memory na rin lang naman yan. It's like naming a building such as Quezon Hall or Rizal Hall in small scale nga lang.

And besides wala na rin naman syang political interest para magpalagay ng pangalan nya. Hindi naman yan garapalan unlike sa mga politicos na nakikita mo ang pangalan nila sa lahat ng school buildings, roads and covered courts.
