There is not doubt about that. Belgrade and Dubai have been link for the three decades. Jat started flying there with their B707, DC10 and B737. I try to visit Serbia as much as I can, and the country is heading in a different, I should say the good direction. Serbs are starting to travel more and more by plane. Here You got some pictures from a from of mine what you can expect there. That was a cruise from Dubai to Oman..

Yeah you can see in the video clips I posted a few pages back. That is 24 years ago, but they also had the B707s before DC10s came in. Going back to the recent times, the LF was around 50%-60%. That's because they flew to Dubai with a older B737-300, and they had to stop in Larnaca. You need a 737-700/800. That's why Fly Dubai decided to give it a shot.

did you know wizz air bringing more plane to belgrade to increased the fleet size in belgrade so they said around 2-3 airbus320 will be staying in belgrade and want to add more flights to it

belgrade airport so far take i think 276 flights a weeks and wizz air increasing the flights on every route adding 2 flights each plus they said there making good money out of it

yea i hope belgrade airport to get more new airlines..............

and get the around 3.4-4.0m passenger by the end of next years and 2013......

jat airways getting a new national airline and i don't know yet what it called.....

Wizz is doing very well, but They will stick to one airplane for now. They want to work on their current routes before they expand more.

Middle-eastern low cost carrier Flydubai will open a direct air-route Belgrade - Dubai on November 10.

The traffic will be operated on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays with landing time on Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport from Dubai at 11.55 am and return flight scheduled for 12.40 pm. Passengers will fly by Boeing 737-800, with seat-capacity for 189 passengers and flight duration of approximately 5 hours in one direction.

The Flydubai flights will complement the unique flight net of the Emirates with stops in Dubai. Using this benefit, passengers from distant Australia will be enabled to travel to Serbia with only one stop.
