A tarp was already placed in the site. Vacant Lot in front of the Mcsherry Pension House.\
A few meters away from the USC. This low cost res. condo project has a very good value proposition considering its near USC Main Campus.

 And many of my classmates and colleagues here in USC School of Law and Governance are not from Cebu. And they are all looking for a place to stay that's nearer to the school. One of my classmates in fact was eying for Condo spaces near USC.

If more of this development will happen in the downtown.. we will be seeing the revitalization of the downtown very soon..
Another highrise is upcoming in Colon St., very soon..
