FUSHUN | Evergrande Project | 314m | 1030ft | 305m | 1001ft | Prep

Fushun is a satellite city of Shenyang, now a part of Shenyang actually (just like Foshan is a part of Guangzhou).

5 towers. Hopefully final design:
314m
305m
209m
157m
157m

Concerning suertalls I wouldn't say Evergrande is a troll developer (like Henderson Land and Shidai), but I don't think they are too reliable either. They have announced several supertalls in the last 3 years for Guangzhou, Changchun and Wuhan, and we have seen nothing, not even a ground breaking ceremony. On the other hand Evergrande is one of the biggest developers in China Mainland, there's room for optimism.

is the bulky (not scraper) building in the middle a hotel? it looks really nice with it being in the middle and having a green line in the middle with twins mirroring

Love the potential contrast between sort of Soviet Realist and Post-Modern architecture. But I can't say that I'm holding my breathe for this to happen.

Well, to be fair for the PRC, I think building all these supertalls is probably one of their solutions to urban-sprawl that may plague the country, after all over a billion people live in China.

I don't think he knows what he is talking about. Prob just making some generalised stereotypical comment that most westerners make.

Such daring twins, is there another project in China which has twins this tall?

Well excuse me for not proof-reading my comment, doesn't mean you have to make an ass of yourself, and ignoring the rest of my comment because of a single error I made.

I see someone eliminated my last two posts. Is that because they are embarassed that they haven't had an update for a building that probably is under construction in over a year.

All I wanted was an update and you delete my post? What is going on?

I wouldn't be to hopeful to see any change on site, it is evergrande after all, they always abandon prep work midway. But for confirmation i also would like to see the site.

Evergrande is not like some other real estate development (not pointing fingers)! But I am having a lot, I mean a lot of doubts about this! It's always good to see new buildings but this one......
