I don't think that it is a good idea to have another cbd in general santos since the city is ralatively small. the cbd in gensan is not that crowded. the city government just need to work on the traffic and widen the road. pag nagawa nila yun, then everything will be ok na.
GenSan is such a promising city. maganda yung urban planning. CBD is nasa center ng mga residential area kaya magandang mag ikot sa area.
compared to other cities na hiwa-hiwalay yung mga malls and commercial buildings, mas maganda yung ginawa sa gensan. hindi cluterred.

diba lahat nman ng malls and buildings sa Gen San di nman lahat highrises y kya?kc ung malls jan nasa 2 to 4 lng ung buliding di nman aabot ng 8 stories if im not wrong ahh y man?

Dli man pud kaayo pwd ang taas nga building sa Gen San kay,. Dako man gud ang Land sa tukorana sa SM,. Mao nga Laba nalang dli taas,. Pero Pwd man pud na cya,. I think dli tungod sa Humok ang yuta,. Pwd man gihapon mo taas basta lig on lang ang foundation nya,.

humok lagi ang lupa sa gensan murag clay nga murag balason.. ang pinakataas diri 6 storeys ra man daw naa toy nag ingon ambot unsa nga building to..

As far as I know Gaisano DVO lang ang taas na structure for a mall i think 7 storeys? not sure though!

5 levels lang ang G-Mall including basement which nanduon ang supermarket.
