Way to go Monterrey!

Now, 3 Mexican cities will have skyscrapers (+200m), breaking the trend of the past, when only Mexico City had them.

One more pic and model

One more pic from the construction site, a different angle and a model of the entire complex. Originall posted by @snpeter2012:

First tower is Liu West. The tower in the background is Helicon Tower (more info in the Highrises forum)

A pic of the model at the complex's showroom. KOI (tallest tower) seems to be slightly inclined in its superior stories.

With the difference that KOI will exceed the 200 meters without need of spire, and maybe will be the first that exceed the 250 meters.

Nov 6th 2011 Update

Today's update. Liu East is getting closer to Liu West... I guess it's close to reaching half its maximum height...

^ It's part of the design, the first floors are for office space, the rest of the building will be narrower and residential.

What @javosp says is correct. Additionally, the tower will be part of a cluster when all planned buildings in the surroundings are built in a few years. Unfortunately, most of them have not been posted on the International thread yet.

Frankly my dear, there's no need for such comments here.

On the other hand, I'd like to take a moment to congratulate you all Regios, just when we think that nothing can surprise us anymore, Monterrey tops itself and give us this type of magnificent projects like VAO.
Way to go Monterrey, greetings from Guadalajara

What a lousy attitud you have. I gratulated Monterrey with the best intentions and you reply defensively.

I'm sure not all regios are like you.
