According to forumers from the Mexico section, work started today on KOI. The pictures show clear images of preparation to lay the foundation of the project. The official height it's still a mystery that can range from 267 meters to 310 meters. The following pictures were taken by vicraya2 from SSC Mexico on September 30th.

Yeah I see now. That's why I'm confused before if this tower really can reach over 200m??
Just reading the title again and found if there are 3 tower will bu here and the tallest tower which one still not built but just start now...

Sorry to disrespect your opinion, but you're completely wrong. The area these buildings are located in is among one of the most modern and well planned zones in the country. In the last picture posted it may seem like if it were to be in between a common middle class residential street, but that couldn't be further from the truth.

There are rumors this tower could actually reach the supertall barrier, I'm pretty sure this will be at least way into the 200's(m).
