Golden heights structure is crazy. Notice how Ev has changed the column layout halfway up by introducing a huge concrete floor. I guess this would help transfer the load as the columns above are set out differently to those below - good engineering!

Yes, the column on the first floor (up to a technical floor) have a large structure than the top of the column.
load is distributed to the lower column and the technical floor.
The upper floors are lightweight.
