This is beautiful. It seems one of Frankfurt's characteristics is large, vertical, rectangular windows with thin white cladding in between. Hopefully this will look nicer than the similar postmodernist buildings from the 90s.

This project is currently getting redesigned from office to residential...apparently there are several residential midrises planned. The big tower might get scrappped (although there is also a version with the big tower included).

The Site of the old Police HQ is for sale now, in the last weeks there have been some requests for buying the site.

Wenn man die 100.000qm ausschöpfen will, kommt man um ein Hochhaus nicht herum. Würde auch gut zum jetzt entstehenden Ensemble passen.
