Awesome pictures diablo! I've been to the Atlanta and Houston Zoos, they're great! The Buenos Aires Zoo looks really nice and I've heard good things about the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago.
I'll post pictures when I get home. |

 No problemas  Anyways the Lincoln Park Zoo is pretty nice overall (not to mention that it is free). Personally I would rank it along with the Atlanta Zoo, National Zoo, and the San Diego Zoo as being one of the best in the country. |

Belgrade Zoo
Belgrade Good Hope Garden (Serbian: Београдски врт добре наде, Beogradski vrt dobre nade) is the zoo in Belgrade situated at the very center of the city, in the Kalemegdan park. It was founded in 1936. Has 2,000 animals of 270 species, and beside wild animals it abounds in domestic animals too. Its present look is contributed by many built facilities, new drinking-fountains, Wooden Sculpture Gallery, the work of the sculptor Vuk Bojović and the nursery for young animals - Baby Zoo. For its 60th anniversary it was enriched with a monument dedicated to its once most interesting and most famous resident - Sammy the chimpanzee, the first of its kind ever in this Zoo.  Oldest alligator in the world still lives in Belgrade Zoo. His name is Muja,he was brought to Belgrade during the 1937 as a fully grown male.             Belgrade zoo in Serbia has 10 white lions. In 2010 four were born by two female lions, each of weight about 1.5kg (3.3 pounds). Four new white lions were born in April 2011.

http://www.calgaryzoo.org/#axzz1WoOp4tj8 sorry that i have no pictures;however, the Calgary zoo is Canada's second largest zoo and is widely considered to be its finest. it is in the top 4 zoo's in north America and features a robotic prehistoric dinosaur park. many of this zoo's pavilions are world class and construction cost for the big gorilla and African pavilions cost more than 200 million to construct. i mention this number because it shows the ongoing commitment by the Calgary zoo to house its animals in what can be considered huge state of the art facilities for all of its animals. we have hosted pandas from china and also have permanent red panda's living at the zoo. one of the Calgary zoo's Asian elephants is a famous artist who's paintings regularly sell for in the 20 thousand dollar and above range. this animal can truly paint its surroundings with much accuracy. the future looks bright for the zoo, as they are building a more than 100 million dollar aquarium that will be a world beater at 11 million cubic liters of water. pleas visit the Calgary zoo soon.
