Studd bhai, sms kora kam karo.
Jokes apart, IDC is still in Planning stage. Not formally announced yet. If conceived properly, It will be India's first semiconductor hub, and place India (which is a software haven) in the world hardware map for the first time. it will also catapult Kolkata into the big league.
It will be B+G+23.

if next time a high intensity earthquake takes near Kol...and sec-5 is choc-a-bloc with buildings, people would have to run to the waterbody to get saved from falling glass shards...!!!!!

Both IDC and DPSC will become landmark buildings once they come up..but where the heck is the space in Sector V ? I seriously do not want any more tall projects in Sector V coming up on 1 or 2 acres of land, which is all that is remaining here.

y'day's quake was moderate, but people panicked since Kolkata is thought of to be a low intensity zone. You have a valid point, the strength of the glass shard will be tested in case of a severe aftershock.
