Croatia, Slovenia & Austria by bogdymol

Hello my friends!

I've just returned from a long roadtrip and I wanted to share what I've seen with you. My trip lasted for only 5 days, but I passed through 5 countries (Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria & Italy) and I did a total number of 2200 km.

In this thread I will publish pictures from:

• the roadtrip (just a few, I'm not going to spam this thread with roadpictures, but I will leave a link to the H&A-country thread for more)

PS: maybe you are wondering why the title says Croatia, Slovenia & Austria by bogdymol and not remembering about Hungary and Italy. This is because Hungary was more or less just for transit (with just a 30 minutes stop at Lake Balaton) and in Italy I haven't been in any touristic area, but I just wanted to drive on one of the most beautiful motorways in the world.

As you can see, the water wasn't deep at all. I've seen people very far from the shore standing in knee-high water. Also, it wasn't very cold

City of Zagreb.. I had time to visit Zagreb just for a few hours in the afternoon after the 600+ km drive. I have seen only the city-center.

I've spent only few hours in Zagreb so I've seen just a little part of the city. It is nice, better than what I was expecting from a non-EU member. It has nice parks and the streets looked clean and recently renovated. I also like your trams because they are new, silent, and seemed to have a high frequency (I've even seen a tram-traffic-jam in Ban Josip Jelačić Square because of too many trams comming from all directions). Although I was travelling with my girlfriend I noticed the Croatian girls. Who ever says that Romanian girls are the prettiest in the world will change his oppinion after just a few hours spent in Zagreb.

I wasn't in Zagreb, but I noticed the exact same think after walking through Belgrade. My girlfriend had the same opinion .

I don't know if we can generalise this to all former-Yugoslavia because next day I went to Ljubljana, Slovenia and instead of a lot of girls I've noticed a lot of foreign tourists (situation similar with Prague). But maybe this happened because I was in Zagreb during the afternoon-evening and in Ljubljana in the morning (teens often sleep in the morning ).

Ljubljana is also famous for hot domestic girls.
