I think it's probably cleaner than other hill stations like Shimla. Anyone else?

I have been there, its cleanest city I ever saw in India. Second cleanest would be Gangtok. Love the north-east, hope to see it again

Shillong is a beautiful beautiful city much much better than other hill stations. However its never explored and came up. Culture here is top class and love for music is something which you will only find in Bangalore.

People are lovely, however some bad people are making this beauty lose it shine.

Wish Shillong prosper and become a top tourist destination in India. I am sure its top already.

If you have not visited shillong.. you cant call yourself a complete traveller.

Beautiful !!!
