lovely tour specially that of Speke Hall...while I was looking at the interior shots, I can't help but imagine of medieval people spaking in archaic English.

A few images taken ahead of tomorrow's 'Matthew Street Music Festival' - a free, multi-stage event, mainly of Beatles, & other, tribute bands from around the world. It is preceded by 'International Beatles Week' - and attracts people from across the globe as well as from around Britain:
     The Matthew Street 'Wall of Fame' celebrates famous acts that have played at the Cavern Club over the years. Yesterday Andreas Kisser, of the Brazilian metal band Sepultura, was 'inducted' onto the wall ( apparently he is "a God" and a legend amongst metal fans - he is playing at The festival as part of a Beatles tribute band, The Clube Big Beatles)
