Impressive title, however can we revise the subject matter a bit to include atleast those that are atleast 18 floors. We have several here that can be put up here.

Make it atleast 20 floors, I guess a building if more than 24 floors, may be attributed as Skyscraper. 12 floors can't be termed as tall if we aspire for real tall buildings in our city. We should think big....

I agree. I thought of 20 initially then realized it would exclude some of the landmark buildings such as Omega, Genesis, Waterside etc

The Commercial area consists of a "Value" Mall, The Metropolis, of 1,75,000 sq ft.

Project Details:

All will be included in subsequent lists. I am presently detailing as per List 1. Once completed, I will produce List 2 & details accordingly. Then List 3, 4 & so on. There will be around 10 lists.
BTW, Ideal Heights has been covered in List 1.
