ITC Sonar II might not look similar to its existing counterpart, but given the Colonial theme of British architecture, this is going to be a masterpiece of a structure. Some of the greatest hotels in the world scattered around US & Europe has similar lines of architecture.

Videocon IT Park is located on a plot of 11.034 acres in the prestigious IT Sector in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The project will be built in phases and the first phase will be built on a plot of 9963 sq m, located on the southern extremity of the plot.
The IT/ITES space of 80% will comprise apart from fully wired and intelligent office space, cafeteria, gymnasium, health clinic, hardware mart and a multi-purpose hall for exhibitions. The commercial area of 20% will comprise a business hall, restaurants, food courts, lifestyle department stores.
The building will be a high quality intelligent building with all dedicated facilities comprising electrical sub-station, 100% emergency backup, sophisticated air conditioning systems with independent AHUS for every module, sophisticated fire protection system with analogue addressable alarm and detection system, all internal IT/ITES spaces with high speed broadband connectivity, fully wired for telecommunication and LAN systems, integrated intelligent building automation and management system housed in a control room for management and control of the electrical/mechanical system.
