No. That's 'Avani Heights' which is of 14 Floors.

@Samrat - I think you are missing some projects like Shrachi GreenWood nook at EM Bypass, Shrachi Epicentre at NewTown, DLf it Building at NewTown and Mani Casadona. I know that all this buildings are not 20+ but you can add them as this are also good looking.

Since this is a guide for tall buildings of 18+ (as mentioned in the first post), I had to omit these projects. The height criteria was decided my mutual consent from many forumers so I shouldn't really break the parameters.
Epicentre - This will be included as soon as little more details are available. As of now, only a render is there at website. Will take up this project, once some more details are out.
DLF IT park, Mani Casadona - All are G+16. So unfortunately they miss out.

If we had a "Midrise Buildings" thread we could have included so many others as well.

Indian Tobacco Company (ITC) is constructing a Plush high-rise apartment building for its senior management personnel at Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose Road in Kolkata. TERI is providing services for energy consultancy and GRIHA facilitation for the proposed building.
The apartment building has been proposed in an urban setting of Kolkata. Its total site area is 4358 sq. mts. The apartment has been designed to have 25 storeys, reaching a height of 84 mts above ground level. The total built up area is 15,300 sq. mts. It includes 44 apartments, a Club house, and covered parking areas.
