Lol! That can't help us draw a conclusion that it has been cancelled, without any concrete news or evidence. In India specifically in WB, 3-4 Years of no-work is nothing.

DLF New Town Heights - 29fl X 2 are the two Fully A/C Towers launched later. Total no of towers are 11. I saw the changed title, its perfectly right.

BEL AIR - Ground Floor is Club/Lounge & Reception area, and it has 26 floors of apartments. That makes it 27 floors. Parking is 2 floors in the basement.
