Medyo late ang mga photos ko, anyway sa ngayon mas mataas na ang construction maybe 4 floors are added from the photo below which was taken last Aug 13,'11. So to date, at 20th floor na ito.

Kaya nga eh. I have seen this project about months ago pero I haven't post a new thread, 2009 pa pala ito. Wala sa atin ibang may alam din at kasi hindi ganung sikat ang developer nito.

Anyway, I'll be posting more threads, more updated photos although some photos of mine ay months older with such on-going projects dahil maraming pang hindi included on SSC since I'll be having more time dahil wala akong project ngayong 2 weeks time.

The thing with this site is that if a thread doesnt have any postings for a long time, it slowly slips down, and then into page 2 and then out of it all. They are not a high profile developer thats why you hear little about them. I'll just share a little that I know of them. They are mostly Chinese investors and the last time I heard is that they are negotiating with a hotel chain to occupy some of the lower floors of the condo. And also this is one of the few pre-selling condos that allow pag-ibig financing.

Pag meron kayong favorite topic na malapit ng mawala o nasa dulo na ng page 1, try niyo na lang magpost ng latest pic or updates para mag up siya at hindi mapunta sa page 2 o tuluyang mawala.

Anyway, here is their flyer. It is 35 floors according to the flyer. Maybe AYS counted it as 30 since malamang wala yung 4, 13, 14, 24, 34..

Ang concern namin e may nagdedelete. hindi naman mawawala kung asa archives just use google, in this case na delete talaga. minsan mga project natutulog wala tagala updates ok

Hmm I didnt notice. The flyer I got was from earlier this year. All the info I got was also from earlier this year from a friend who is an investor in this project. I checked with their website and maybe it has been changed indeed. Also it did say that it is now 39 storeys. Please disregard my post instead as it might already be outdated. So sorry... Here i deserve this

Yeah it will be 32 floors and 8 lofty floors. I named the thread with floors 30 instead of 32 (a typo error) but with 8 lofts, the thread actually reads 3 days ago as "[30F + 8 Lofts|" pero nawala yung 8 lofts. Can we edit the thread name? And that the building will have 40 floors (32F + 8 lofts).

Yes, I actually have a new flyer like the one shown in the vicinity map, there is revision on the design. It will have 40 floors, that includes 8 lofty floor and it will be as tall as East of Galleria at around 150m.

Their plan here is to convert some of the units to service apartments. This is one of the reasons why didn't advertise it too much. There might not be enough units cguro to sell.
