As much as possible, threads will only be created once we have press releases or atleast valid information from the developers po. This had been agreed upon by almost everyone since the Aeon project which we tried to keep the info from leaking out for so many months to avoid preempting the project.

The Avida project - that we are very much aware of since the third quarter of 2011 but we are calling all lovers of Davao to pls avoid leaking out any info discussed within the fb group to avoid jeopardizing this project as they are still in the process of getting permits. If d talaga kaya, eheheh then atleast just talk about it sa rumor thread.
