That is awesome! I had low expectations of this since I thought it was gonna be a mass housing type ala san jose builders, amaia being the "affordable" brand of ayala. I wonder how much this is gonna be. Ive asked the office na wala pa daw price.

The lot has a frontage along EDSA, but I don't know yet if it extends as far back as 15th Avenue. I believe it can only go as far as 15th Avenue because the P.Tuazon frontage is already part of the Regalia Park Suites lot.

Price is less than 70k/sq.m. Not bad for a condo unit in cubao. Smallest unit is an 18.6 sq.m. unit with a price of 1,264,800. Price per square niya is 68k/sq.m for this particular unit type.. The unusual thing is that the price remains the same even for higher floors. So the price for that particular studio unit type with 18.6 sq.m. which is 1,264,800 will be the same for those on the 6th floor, 7/f, etc up to the 36th floor..

ALI's Amaia Land to spend P3.7 billion over 5 years

MANILA, Philippines - Amaia Land Corp., the low-cost housing unit of property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), has increased its capital spending to P3.7 billion over the next five years as it sees exponential growth in its segment amid a huge housing backlog.

For its initial project, Amaia Skies unveiled a three-tower 35-story development located on a one-hectare property in Cubao, Quezon City. The project will make available a total of 3,000 units to be sold at around P1.2 million to P2 million each.

Unit sizes range from 18 to 27 square meters each.

Amaia Land will spend P1.4 billion for Amaia Skies. The company expects to rake in P2 billion in revenues from the project.

This project sits in a very good location. Too bad nauna pa ito instead of the QC-CBD projects.
