i'm actually happy that it's not residential. i just think we're too conservative when it comes to design. if investors want boxes to maximize space, okay lang, pera nila yan. but pwede naman siguro pagandahin or ibahin kunti, hindi parang mukhang tektite na naman. sino ba yung senador na nagsabing kelangan ng pilipinas ng department of aesthetics?
