Is Rwanda's economy still booming? Or is it slowed down by the financial crisis?

Economies in Africa were not so infected with current economy crisis. As my friend told last year Rwanda was still booming and had best roads in East Africa.

thanks for posting lovely and interesting pictures of a place not widely seen!

I'm curious of the signs that all seem to be in English. I more or less expected Rwanda to be French speaking, because of history, Belgium and "Radio Milles-Collines" too, yet, everything in English

Thank you for nice words. I'm impressed and highly surprised with the country having in my memory some "issues" from the past. In fact English is more common comparing to French. I had no problem to communicate in English anywhere, even in some Commercial Mall with the cashier in the market. BTW, very "proeco" country, only paper bags in the market, plastic bags forbidden
