Avida Towers New Manila [5T|23F|res|u/c]

Laguna Properties Holdings, Inc. (LPHI), Ayala Land’s wholly-owned mass housing arm, launched Aeropolis 2 last September 26, 2004. Situated along Boni Serrano Avenue in Quezon City, Aeropolis 2 is LPHI’s second affordable condominium project, a sequel to the well-received One Aeropolis in Sucat, Parañaque.

The first of five towers offered for sale 400 units, with sizes ranging from 20 to 49 square meters, priced at Php1.0 million to Php2.7 million per unit. Strategically-located near commercial centers, schools and major transport lines, the project will have a total of 2,000 units.

High market interest for Aeropolis 2 has been noted since sales launch. Meanwhile, One Aeropolis posted 98% and 60% take-up rates for the first and second towers, respectively.

hmm... still sketchy over the design of this one. a bigger rendering would clear things up. but i don't expect it to be tall, considering QC's height limit. or is it not in the equation now?

well i'm not sure if it is still in effect, but buildings aren't supposed to be taller than this thingy

though i doubt it is implemented tightly, or even implemented anymore

How will they name Aeropolis towers when there are two sets of Aeropolis towers?
One is a cluster of 12 buildings while the other consists of 5 buildings.

It's a little over 20 storeys.
I think the two-toned paint of the tower looks very Megaworld-ish.

20 storeys.. i counted over 30. i must be wrong then

yeah the two-toned paint doesn't look the best, but unlike Greenbelt Parkplace, it doesn't look like it was accidentally switched from this tone of this color to this tone of this color in the middle of painting

so buildings shouldn't be taller than the Quezon Memorial Monument... hmmm... but there is an on hold tower behind the Quezon City Hall.. hmmm... or is it only in effect to a specific radius from the monument...

YES, that u/c has been there forever. It's about twice as tall as QC Hall.
By the way, Aeropolis would not be affected by this height restrictions. It will be located in New Manila...so its very far from the QC Memorial Circle.

Ok Renell, here's a bigger rendering.

So, what do you think?

i also happen to realized that one aeropolis in sucta is actually a multicluster building within a gated fence with amneties like jogging path and swimming pool....

to be honest, this is my ideal kind of residence...it roughly the midway point between a condominium and a subdivision....i can't afford a subdivision within the proximity of manila (that would be very expensive by now...only for the super rich) and i feel that living in a condo would suffocate you as your safety and home is only limited inside that building....

usong uso ngayon yung multi cluster building...in greenhills-new manila area...there's like 4 already---aeropolis two, greenhills garden square, xavier hills, and valencia hills

yep...It's gonna be a 12-building cluster of similar or almost identical buildings. They're preselling the first tower right now. But agent i talked with said the other towers might not be solely for residential use. I've seen an ad of this project on one bus bound to Alabang...with Paulo Bediones on it (sp?)...supposedly a unit-owner of Aeropolis.
