There is already an Ayala Avenue Extension that starts from the corner of Gil Puyat and The Columns and terminates at the corner of Metropolitan Avenues/Jupiter Sts. and South Avenue

IMO, Circuit has the best view of Makati Skyline.

I think the best views of Makati would be from 3 locations:
1. BGC
2. Makati City Hall
3. Paranaque

I'd love to weigh in on this discussion too. =) My favorite view of the Makati Skyline is from the Bicutan to the Magallanes section of the Skyway. =)

View from paco-nagtahan bridge is also awesome. A view on top of condominiums near manila cityhall also offers very nice view of makati, rockwell, ortigas specially at night.
