Nice forum where property news goes on... When I was looking out for an condo, I got most of my information from homeguru, so I would suggest you to browse through this site as well. They have a big listing of apartments, condos and bungalows and that will help you get the required house/condo as per you budget. There is a separate section for real estate agent directory also..so in case you want to contact the agents directly , you can do that also.. . Best of luck

Those "villas" on the amenity deck are becoming a trend in the country. I noticed though that the urban villas here open up to a corridor, as compared to Park West's which directly open up to the garden area. I prefer the latter since it gives me the feeling of living in a townhouse.

So High Street South's residential tower one will be called the Maridien pala... medyo hawig siya sa Arya and Fairways. Hope Ayala puts up something really special along 5th Ave side of the High Street South complex/campus to compliment the Netropolis/NetMetropolis development across it.
