Urmi Estate, Lower Parel - Commercial Tower soaring 45 Floors high. SSC Sources claim that this would be the tallest commercial building in the heart of the city.

Updates:

Excellent glass structure spiring the lower parel skyline with Kuoni and SOTC offices on the lower completed floors (8th floor) of the tower. Also seen besides the building is another tower with unknown specs for now.

Just another commercial building, the glass part,(3 floors i guess) is occupied by Kuoni. seems they were in a hurry to occupy it.

I suppose its a 25-storey building, i somewhere feel it has T/O, not too sure...if any1 else has some info please share it with us...

That kuoni building is currently stands at 25 floors...... One can see the rebars for the 26th floor........ But there is no progress on this building from Aug 1st week

Yep, they are moving up another floor. I'm hoping it could turn out 35 floors or possibly more. That glass cladding will make the skyline more classy

According to this naukri website that kuoni building is a 45 floor one (~175m)

This what IU told in one of his post here about that kuoni building.

The bottom floors are done apparently. SOTC Tours has there headquarters on the 8th floor of Tower A, Urmi Estate.
