The New Cuffe Parade project is a mixed use project coming up in north-east Mumbai.

Masterplan - Designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners along with Buro Happold

So far only 2 residential towers have been launched under the name of Lodha Dioro:

I think we all need to calm down

. Agree this will not be 100 floors but still the multiple towers being built will be between 40-50 floors. Anyways here are the site pics

10 towers*63floors residential + 1*47 floor commercial....

I do hope the towers vary in architecture. Powai is nice, but it is a bit monolithic...

the rates around bhakti park, wadala is not more than 15000 per sq ft...so i think demand wont be a problem unlike lower parel...

Looks like the site office and perhaps show apartment is being constructed. Not sure if any site preparation for the actual structure has taken off..
