didnt realy get this at all.
C W is a commercial area.And bloody hated by londoners as it is so ugly, thanks to dull Canadian owners design brief .
beside the pic there was no mention of it?

Should be ready. Seems they are launching today. ToI is carrying double page adverts. Also the beta site seems to be ready http://www.newcuffeparade.com/

^That placeholder design offers hope that the entire project will not have similar looking residential towers. We should also expect to see commercial towers and retail space being launched at a later stage.

The 2 towers that were launched in October have a name -> Lodha Dioro. No wonder MPE had marked the project as that name since September.

I am not sure about the entire plan here.The monorail depot isnt going anywhere.Then there are buildings which isnt under MMRDA which houses offices of transport companies. There is the RTO.

That gives a great perspective of how large it will actually be. But the surroundings could have been better, slums on one side and a fertilizer plant on the other.

Also just realized that 250 acre NCP is neighboring the 100 acre Ajmera I-land.

@CG - The monorail depot is staying there.

The monorail depot has been incorrectly marked on that google map. That's actually the metro casting yard.

The monorail depot is on the north-west side of that masterplan and correctly shown with no development/ building footprint.

There is not only a police station, but also a fire station, post office, RTO office and some commercial establishments in that area. The master plan being referred to is supposedly MMRDA's masterplan. I went and visited the post office and MTNL office there to have a look.
