#Approved: AM30 - 20st/96m/office

As detailed in today's Prime Site. Ground floor supermarket, 1 basement for carparking and one of the biggest end of trip facilities on the 1st floor.

The tower looks like a clear/white box. Nothing massive, however it looks interesting.

Sorry, I missed one of the more important bits. It is opposite AM60 and will be proposed instead of their resi-proposal by the looks.

Camelot proposal which it replaces. Interesting that they've opted for an office tower instead.

I think there is a much better market for Office at the moment.

Which is a good thing. Brisbane needs a good office upswing, 111 isn't enough

Although 111 Eagle is only at 40% committed...

By the way, can anyone grab a photo of the Prime Site story?

It's alright. Looks like something that would be proposed for the Valley.

From Courier Mail.

I don't mind it being a bit small, it fits in with AM60 and 55 Albert, neither of which are overly big. The addition of a supermarket down there seems a little weird. Hopefully it will bring a bit of life to that end of the street.

As long as it looks ok at ground level - if AM60 is anything to go by it shouldn't be half bad - and it's sympathetic to Watson Bros Building and Beatrice Lane (both heritage listed) then I'm all for it.

looks quite good, though it seems as though there is no activation to Margaret St. Kinda turns its back on it. Not a fan of blank walls. Though i cant really tell what is there...

Interesting that they refer to the location as "Brisbane's busy midtown precinct". I've always found that area to be fairly un-busy and if that is midtown then where is uptown and downtown??

I noticed that too. As if you tell someone your going to "midtown" like your in New York. Developer hyperbole?
