The master plan envisionizes for an Iconic tower. I don't understand the meaning of it? Is it still part of residential community or becoming some commercial venture like hotel/office tower....

The design of-course donot suggest for a residential unit. Maybe a water front hotel property in making!!!

Tritvam is really an iconic project, sure to change the face of Kochi. After all, biggies know better where to invest!!!!

The sad part is, there will no MORE MANAGALAVAM BIRD Sanctuary, as claimed by the company itself. With 6 highrises, having glass facades and a railway station with regular trains on other end, the sanctity of the sanctuary will be lost forever.

I wish, our authorities, must chalk out plans for effective use of the vast land. May be a Park or a Zoological gardens or a Bird Park may be helpful!!!! I don't wish to see the area turning back into another concerte jungle.
