Yes Arun. I knew a few projects of Shwas going on in Aluva. But didn't knew it was part of a big project like this. Thanks Dhaneesh for making all of us, aware of such a mega project.

One thing I have observed about Shwas Homes, is that, they are the most quietest construction company in the city. They never advertise any of their projects, even in any local dailies or media.

But they have an excellent marketing team, based in Middle East. Without any expensive promotions, they could able to sell most of their flats, just thro' word of mouth publicity.

Even in this project, almost every launched tower, they could sell out more than 95% of their units

And nobody knew, such a huge city is coming up, at bottom of our nose.

I believe there are many more commercial ,residential and industrial projects which KOCHI SSC is not aware of. Since 99% of the kochi forumers are not in kochi we aint fully aware of them..Unfortunately we dont have any secret sources or contacts who could get such info.

Btw .Any updates on HDIL Cyber City.. ? Any construction happening there ?

True! Everyone knows that Kochi is/was/will be the most happening place and most of those big projects happening here are not advertised here in SSC. I get wonder-stuck when certain forumers here address certain projects in their city as something Mammoth! Poor souls!

Arun, its not just because we have just a handful from Kochi, that these projects got missed in the news.

I am sure, even a person, living in Aluva, won't able to know, such a project is happening or not. Forget that part, when I was scouting for a new flat, I didn't knew there was a builder called Shwas itself.

Perhaps, it was when a friend of mine, brought a flat of theirs in Vytilla, I too came to know, such a company exists.

I have never seen an ad of them in any media. Even for most of the home expos held here or back in Kochi, we don't see them at all....

I understand, their marketing strategy is very unique. For this first villa project in Vytilla, they first identified the individuals capable ot buying it, went to their places, interacted with them personally and induced buying.

Then when they launched the flat project, using the same network, they brought in more people. And the strange part is that, they conducted just 3 functions in Dubai, Bahrain and Doha to sell their entire flats in Vytillas.

By the time of next launch, the word of publicity started becoming stronger. They have set records of completing projects much ahead of time and in quality, which created a strong goodwill.

It would be strange, this company doesn't have a marketing team in its corporate office at Kochi nor even a facebook which is common even for 3 storied apartment builders.

Another strange part is that, they rarely exhibits their brand name along with logo of property. See even in this project Aquacity, one really misses the lpgo of Shwas Homes.

Here in Kerala, every builders, even the most reputed ones like Skyline, SFS, Mather or what even National giants like DLF, TATA is spending crores for media publicity, this group is saving lots of money, by remaining too quiet.

I say, some university/institute must take up this for a case study, how business can be carried without any media promotions.
