PATTAYA | Centara Avenue Residences & Suites

Centara Avenue Residence is the newest project inner-city development in Pattaya from Tulip Group. Pattaya real estate market brings fourth through Centara Avenue development a new concept of condo-hotel (this project is combined with a hotel).

Centara hotel chain has won many awards will occupy the southernmost wing of the property and will provide full project management for all condo residents wishing to rent or sell their Pattaya condo. The project will also have high class facilities in addition to the hotel management by the renowned hotelier. Common areas include a 70 meter swimming pool with a total footprint of 650 square meters with water slides, saunas, steam rooms and a 60 square meter fitness room, international standard on-site dining and full concierge care. The whole condo sits on 6700 square meters of land and will add 380 condos for sale to the Pattaya real estate market.

Reviewing Your Condominium Options
