Some really interesting examples in here. But I think that's rather a topic for the Classic Architecture forum.

Or do you intend to also include newly-built classic-style or even ornate modern buildings in here?

True, but I would include all ornate architecture even newly built ones. It doesnt have to be just classic style architecture. it just needs to be ornate or have a bling factor. In fact modern style ornate buildings are most welcome here. I also like it where modern and classic styles are combined, like modern with classic twist and vice versa.
