Besides the new design also configuration has changed....85 floors (4 basement, 3 podium , 1 ground and 77 livable floors..) Noticed the balconies are missing and gone.......!!! |

Oh shit you are right, I don't know why When I checked the website 5 minutes ago, I saw the same old design. I'm a little disappointed to see this new design which looks like a typical glass building. The older designs had that Indian sense to it, since they were the most gorgeous glass buildings with Balconies. Now that is gone. Also both the towers are similar looking. ONE ICC has a concave facade compared to TWO ICC.
As Merdoc mentions, these are the new designs. ONE ICC ![]() ![]() ![]() TWO ICC ![]() ![]()

believe me,,once this gets built.. it will look very nice..!!
at 85 floors you can easily expect it to be 350m+ and that design for such large structure will look very nice..

Looks even better in the zoom. Couldnt agree with you more on the design , but I guess with the new DC rules comes the new design.... Cheers, |

The design looks nice Infra desperados, I was just saying the older one looked better. And yes, because of the inclusion of balconies in the FSI in the new DC rules, they got rid of the balconies. This is one good thing about the new DC rules, since it would get rid of the balconies in future projects that are less appealing. The other two towers are not launched yet.

Wadala or Dadar ???
The title of this thread says Wadala, my question is why so ??
Agreed, the property is adjoining Wadala telephone exchange but that should not be a reason to call the location Wadala right ?? So I went and checked the address of Wadala telephone exchange Click (check Sr. No. 11, in the pdf.) Says Pin Code 400 014. So a search on the Indian Post website Click Shows the following : locations Dadar and Naigoan. both bearing PinCodes 400 014. So should the location be called Dadar or Wadala ?? |
