CHALLENGE The challenge was to create a business hotel along the edge of the existing Robert Trent designed Royal Golf Dar Es Salam golf course without imposing its presence on the golf experience.

SOLUTION The solution was to respond sensitivity to the location with two and three-story guestrooms carefully shielded from the golf course and to provide framed picturesque views. The architectural design seeks to create a harmony between the contemporary and traditional Moroccan architecture. Immaculate courtyards and walled gardens provide tranquil pockets for reflection and privacy.

Ritz-Carlton to operate hotel in Rabat, Morocco

Ritz-Carlton said construction has begun on an “urban resort” in Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Ritz-Carlton targets a December 2014 opening.

The resort will be about a 10-minute drive from the city center, Ritz-Carlton said. Accommodations will include 120 guestrooms, 15 one-bedroom villas and five two-bedroom villas.

As Rabat is the seat of the Moroccan government, the hotel is expected to appeal to dignitaries and government delegations, Ritz-Carlton said.

Ritz-Carlton has two other properties under construction in North Africa: a resort near Tunisia’s capital city of Tunis and a Ritz-Carlton Reserve resort in Tamuda Bay, Morocco...

Hôtellerie : Un Ritz Carlton en plein golf Dar Essalam de Rabat



Ritz-Carlton Hôtel, filiale de Marriott International, a entamé les travaux de construction d’un complexe hôtelier particulier à Rabat. Ce dernier est en effet situé dans l'enceinte du Royal Golf of Dar Es Salam. Il comprendra 120 chambres, 15 villas d'une chambre et 5 villas de 2 chambres. A noter que le projet est porté par Sienna Investment Group, une société d'investissement maroco-britannique positionné sur des projets d’immobilier et d’hôtellerie de luxe. L'ouverture est programmée pour décembre 2014.

I must say that this could be a pleasure time for anyone to stay in this hotel for business meetings and other purpose as well. Ritz Carlton is luxurious hotel which is located at Rabat. I found that they loves to serve best services to them customers and this is the reason why people like to stay there for some nights as well.
