Per fat te keq vetem 1x1. Per mua duhej te ishte 2 x2 , pasi do te kaloje ne zona mjaft te populluara dhe per me teper eshte nje nga segmentet me te ngarkuar qe te con ne piken e kalimit te kufirit ne Kakavije, nepermjet te ciles realizohet levizja me e madhe e mallrave dhe njerezve me Greqine.
Por me sa duket keshtu e ka vendosur financuesi i huaj qe eshte BERZH ( Banka Europiane per Rindertim dhe Zhvillim). 70 milion Euro te akorduara qe ne vitin 2005.

Nuk ka vendosur BERZH/EBRD se cfare standardesh do jete rruge. BERZH jep vetem fondet, duke kerkuar qe nder te tjerash projekti te jete ekonomikisht fitimprues, dmth. vetefinancohet pas disa vitesh. Standardet i ka vendosur projektuesi, dmth. firma kontraktuese, e cila ka marre persiper detyren nga qeveria per te projektuar rrugen.

me duket ka te drejte edhe parafolesi sepse (nga sa kam degjuar), edhe pjesa Milot-Rreshen esht bere vetem 1x1 sepse financuesi (edhe ne ate rast me duket berzh) nuk e shihte te arsyeshme ndertimin e autostrades ne ate zone, edhe financimi esht dhene vetem per ndertimin e rruges 1x1.

Po, ka mundesi te jete edhe keshtu, sic thua ti dhe sic tha Zagori. Prandaj thash une, qe nje prej kushteve per dhenjen e kredise nga ana e BERZH-it eshte, qe rruga te jete e leverdishme (dmth. e pershtatshme per kerkesat dhe e arsyeshme).

Kjo rruge (Levan-Tepelen) do te mbetet rruge dytesore dikur kur te ndertohet autoudha Adriatik-Jon, ose i ashtuquajturi Boshti i Jugut ne Shqiperi. Ajo rruge do te shkoj Elbasan-Berat-Tepelene-Gjirokaster-kufi me Greqine.

Mesa di nuk kane filluar akoma punimet. Punohet vetem ne segmentin Tirane-Tuneli i Krrabes.

Ehhh, akoma nuk ka mbaruar Tirane-Elbasan.. Pas 1 viti e ca te mbaroje ky aks pike se pari, pastaj do vazhdoje nga Elbasani per ne Kuēove e Berat, dhe pastaj do vazhdohet nga Berati per Memaliaj, ku eshte dhe segmenti me i veshtire qe do behet me tunel ne Qafe Gllave...

Per mendimin tim nga fund 2013 fillim 2014 mendoj se do filloje segmenti Elbasan-Kuēove-Berat dhe kushedi se kur mbaron, dmth qe Berat-Memaliaj pa frike nga 2020 mbaron, duke futur ketu dhe vonesat qe do jene te pashmangshme sigurisht...

Sa per afatet, duke gjykuar nga trashesia e asfaltit (ose te pakten keshtu duket nga video) nevojitet nje shtese siperfaqesore asfalti + sinjalistika per t'u quajtur e perfunduar.

Nese eshte keshtu, ka tre standarte:

1- European Standart (perfundon per 2/3 muaj)
2- Albanian Standard (perfundon per 5/6 muaj)
3- Albanian "Plepa-Rrogozhine" Standard (perfundon per nje vit e gjysem)

Premtimet jane qe do te hapet ne te gjithe gjatesine brenda sezonit turistik po....ishalla....

A e din kush se a eshte e mundshme (a eshte me mire) te udhetohet drejt Gjirokastres neper rrugen e re te paperfundume Levan - Tepelene, apo ne rrugen e vjeter Fier - Tepelene?

Rruga e vjeter osht e mundimshme. Vjet kam udhetu Vlore-Gjirokaster (via Tepelene) dhe u deshen 6 ore te mundimshme! Rruga permes Llogarase ja vlene, ne mos me shpejte, te pakten osht rruge e bukur e me asfalt!

Rruga levan tepelene nuk eshte dhene akoma per qarkullim . Kurre do maroje , nuk ka asnje dyshim qe rruga qe do perdoret eshte Levan tepelene . Tirane gjirokaster do behet me pak se 3 ore .

Une kalova nje muaj me para , edhe nja 10 km ishin shtruar vetem .

Fier-Tepelene (rruga e vjeter ) eshte nje nga akset rrugore me te amortizuara ne gjithe shqiperine .
